Welcome to the City of Topeka Utility Billing!

This service offers up-to-date, online views of customer utility accounts, while also providing several convenient payment options.

From the comfort of home, citizens can review such information as payment history, pending payments, and account status.

Getting Started:

1) If you already had an account prior to our recent upgrade - Navigate to the Login page (left-hand menu) and enter in your old credentials (user ID is your account number). You will then be prompted to create a Single Sign On (SSO) Profile. This profile can be used to sign in and access your existing utility account, as well as any other related accounts you'd like to assocaite with the profile going forward.

2) If you have not used this site previously - Navigate to the New User page to create an Single Sign On (SSO) profile. After doing so, you will be able to associate your utility account(s) with your profile.
